What are your shipping costs and timelines?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders. Orders typically have a handling time of 1-2 days and a transit time of 2-6 business days.
Which carriers do you use?
To ensure reliable delivery, we partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier is selected based on your location and the size of your order.
What is the order cut-off time?
Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
2. Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. At Dawelli, we do not charge restocking or return processing fees. We believe in making the return process as smooth as possible for our customers.
