Cancel/ Change Order

At Dawelli, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because our system is designed for efficiency, there is a limited window during which you can modify or cancel an order. This policy outlines the specific conditions and steps required to request a change to your purchase of Shorts, Skirts, Shirts, or Jeans.

1. Cancellation & Change Window

To maintain our fast delivery standards, we begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed. We allow a maximum window of 2 hours from the time of purchase for any cancellation or modification requests.

2. How to Request a Change

If you need to make an immediate change, please follow these steps:

  • Email support@dawelli.com immediately.
  • Include "URGENT: CANCEL ORDER #[Order Number]" or "URGENT: CHANGE ORDER #[Order Number]" in the subject line.
  • Clearly state the specific change required (e.g., "Change size of Jeans from M to L").

3. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has entered the "Shipped" status or has been handed over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we cannot stop the delivery or change the destination address. If you no longer want the items after they have shipped, please wait for the package to arrive and follow our 30-day Return Policy. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for orders that reach the transit stage.

4. Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse a delivery at your doorstep as a way to cancel the order, the package will be returned to our facility. Your refund will be processed minus the flat-rate shipping cost once the items are inspected and restocked.
